Amaro AMARA is born, selecting the best peel of “Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP”, which we produce in our orange groves, the water of the springs and the wild herbs of Etna. A liqueur that represents the quintessence of Sicily.


AMARA is the Sicilian liqueur that is born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, using the “Red Pears of Sicily IGP” that we have cultivated for generations in our orange groves in Contrada San Martino.
We cultivate
in our citrus orchards

We select them
carefully and
peel them by hand
one by one


We put the peels
in infusion with
alcohol and
wild herbs

pure water
from the Etna
spring
